The package is normally delivered to the recipient's chosen service point no later than 3 days after we send the package.

To cancel a purchase, email us at info@lafemmefatale.com with the order number that applies. If it is in direct connection with placing the order, this is rarely a concern. If, on the other hand, it has been a long time since you placed the order until you want to cancel the purchase, your order may already have been packed and shipped. Our warehouse will do everything they can to stop the order, but in some cases it may already have time to ship.

If an order has been shipped or you have received your order and want to cancel your purchase, this is of course fine. Read more under right of withdrawal.
